Qualifications

Candidates with at least one year of emergency department experience or critical care experience are preferred. You must also hold certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a calm and decisive demeanor under pressure, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. Compassion, empathy, and the ability to provide emotional support to patients during emergency situations are key qualities we’re looking for.
