Deliver Critical Care With Heart in a Region That Knows the Power of Soul and Strength
If you’re a Registered Nurse drawn to the high-intensity world of critical care — whether it’s the urgency of the ER, the precision of the OR, or the close observation of the ICU — this is your invitation to make an impact where your skill is valued and your presence truly matters. Join a team that trusts nurses to lead, encourages you to think on your feet, and equips you to deliver life-saving care with confidence and compassion.
In this role, you won’t just carry out tasks — you’ll make clinical decisions, comfort families, and help patients through some of their most vulnerable moments. Whether you're triaging a trauma, preparing for surgery, or closely monitoring a post-op recovery, you’ll do it in an environment built on trust, collaboration, and respect for your expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work full-time in a dynamic critical care setting — with schedules available across day, night, and weekend shifts — depending on your strengths and preferred specialty. In the ER, you’ll stabilize acute cases and trauma with rapid assessments, interventions, and tight teamwork. In the OR, you’ll ensure sterile technique, assist in surgical procedures, and support both the surgeon and the patient from prep to post-op. In the ICU, you’ll monitor critically ill patients, respond swiftly to changes in condition, and provide meticulous, data-driven care around the clock.
Across all units, you'll communicate with families, coordinate with physicians and specialists, and bring a level head to high-stakes situations.
Why You’ll Love the Team — and the Region That Moves With Rhythm and Purpose
You’ll be surrounded by a care team that thrives on collaboration, values your voice, and believes every nurse should feel seen, supported, and challenged to grow. Whether you're a seasoned RN or a motivated new grad, you’ll be offered opportunities to deepen your specialty training, pursue leadership pathways, and explore new professional horizons — all while working alongside people who share your mission.
Outside of work, the region around you offers something few places can match — a community rich in character, culture, and connection. Set in the heart of Georgia, this city pulses with music history, hometown pride, and Southern hospitality that never feels forced. Walkable neighborhoods showcase antebellum architecture and murals that speak to generations of creativity. You’ll find cherry blossom festivals in spring, live blues filling the air in summer, and food that nourishes more than just the body.
From river walks and hiking trails to art museums and soulful Sunday brunches, the balance of nature, culture, and history here is something special. It’s a place where local diners know your name, where families gather at community concerts, and where the rhythm of life runs just a little deeper — and a little slower — in the best possible way.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need an active Registered Nurse license in Georgia, plus current BLS and ACLS certifications. TNCC and PALS are valued, especially in ER and ICU roles. Prior experience in critical care, surgery, or emergency settings is preferred, but we welcome new grads who bring strong clinical instincts, clear communication, and the emotional intelligence to thrive in high-stress environments.
Let’s Do the Work That Can’t Be Replaced — Together
If you’re ready to be part of a team that honors your presence, trusts your judgment, and supports your growth in every season, apply today. Bring your steady hand, your clinical mind, and your big heart to a region where care matters — and community means everything.
