Step Into the OR With Purpose in a Place That Moves to Its Own Rhythm
If you're a Certified Surgical Technologist who thrives in high-stakes environments and finds meaning in every detail, this is your chance to be part of something bigger than the procedure itself. Whether you're seasoned in the OR or just starting your journey after graduation, you'll join a surgical team where your precision, presence, and professionalism are respected — and where your contribution truly impacts lives.
Here, you'll be counted on to prepare surgical suites, support surgeons throughout complex procedures, and uphold the highest standards of sterile technique. It’s the kind of role where every movement matters and every second counts — and the work you do behind the scenes is what makes surgical success possible. Surrounded by experienced clinicians and mentors who have your back, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and take real pride in your craft.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for setting up the OR with the right tools and sterile materials, assisting surgeons by anticipating their needs, and ensuring each instrument is ready and accounted for before, during, and after every procedure. You’ll follow strict aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety, monitor equipment throughout the surgery, and assist with post-op cleanup and instrument sterilization. Your ability to stay focused, communicate clearly, and work seamlessly with the team will help create an environment of calm under pressure — and confidence in every case.
Why You’ll Love the Team — and the City’s Soulful Pace
You’ll be joining a surgical department that values skill, communication, and trust. Our teams run smoothly because we invest in one another — sharing knowledge, supporting new CSTs, and encouraging continuous growth through education and advancement opportunities. Whether you’re looking to specialize, lead, or simply do your best work surrounded by a team that values excellence, you’ll find it here.
And beyond the hospital walls, you’ll find a city rich in culture, history, and heart. Known for its soulful musical roots and cherry blossom-lined streets, this region thrives at the intersection of tradition and creativity. Antebellum homes and indie record shops stand side by side, while weekends are filled with food festivals, river walks, and a soundtrack that’s pure Southern soul. It’s a place where people nod as they pass you on the sidewalk, where the pace is just right, and where life has a rhythm that makes it easy to feel at home.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program with active CST certification from NBSTSA or an equivalent organization. While prior OR experience is a plus, it’s not required — what we value most is your attention to detail, your steady focus, and your ability to work as part of a well-coordinated team. If you know your instruments, understand sterile fields, and communicate clearly under pressure, you’re already halfway there.
Let’s Do the Work That Matters Most — Together
If you’re ready to step into a surgical role where your skills are trusted and your growth is supported, we’d love to meet you. Apply today and bring your commitment, your calm, and your confidence to a team — and a town — where you can truly make your mark.
