You will work alongside a team of talented anesthesiologists, surgeons, and healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective anesthesia services to our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical, diagnostic, or therapeutic procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as necessary.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Provide post-anesthesia care and support during recovery.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Stay current with advancements in anesthesia practices and technology.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Active Illinois RN license.
- DEA License.
- Experience in anesthesia care preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
