Labor & Delivery RN – Birthing Center Nurse – Full-Time (Day Shift)

What We’re Looking For:
- ASN required; BSN preferred
- Active RN license in Indiana or Multi-State (NLC)
- BLS certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years of experience in a birthing center or labor & delivery preferred
- Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and be on your feet during long shifts
- Someone who brings positivity, patience, and empathy to every shift
What You’ll Do:
- Care for mothers and babies during labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Monitor patients, administer medications, and respond quickly to changes
- Support doctors during deliveries and emergencies
- Educate families on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn wellness
- Keep thorough, timely patient records
- Work 3×12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.), including occasional weekends and holidays
