Position: Lead Certified Surgical Technologist Schedule: Full-Time, Days (40 hours) Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 6:48am-5:18pm Location:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and safety.
• Oversee and mentor surgical technologists, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate efficient operations.
• Maintain a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff alike.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology or equivalent certification eligibility program.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
