Position Overview:
- Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Available
- Location: Indiana
- Shift: Various shifts available (including days, evenings, weekends)
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and other radiographic examinations.
- Ensure the quality of images, taking into consideration patient comfort, safety, and positioning.
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to interpret imaging results and assist with diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs.
- Ensure the operation, maintenance, and calibration of imaging equipment.
- Adhere to safety standards and infection control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Certification: Current certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Licensure: State licensure in Radiologic Technology (Indiana state requirements).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- BLS: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
