MLR is seeking a committed and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our home health team. In this role, you will provide personalized therapy to patients in their homes, helping them achieve their maximum level of independence and functional capability.
Home Health Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is required.

Home Health Occupational Therapist Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ home environments and functional needs to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' ability to perform daily living activities and enhance their overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to meet changing needs and goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress.
