Candidates with at least one year of experience in emergency nursing or a critical care environment are strongly preferred. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications are also highly recommended.
