What You'll Do:
Deliver Patient-Centered Care:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients with a variety of conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to individualized care plans
- Monitor and record patient progress, responding quickly to changes in condition
Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team:
- Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and fellow caregivers
- Participate in planning and implementing care strategies
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health maintenance
Promote Safety and Compliance:
- Follow established protocols and safety standards
- Document care accurately and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
