Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health
MLR Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health team in Nebraska. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while enjoying the flexibility of providing care in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-focused nursing care in home settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

- Collaborate with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Nebraska.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Experience in home health or community nursing is a plus.
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
