Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Active RN license in Iowa (or a compact state license)
- ACLS, BCLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within one year of employment
- One year of nursing experience preferred
- Excellent clinical judgment and adaptability under pressure
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care
What You Will Do:
- Plan and provide total nursing care for patients in the Emergency Department
- Perform assessments, administer treatments, and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Coordinate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols
- Deliver age-appropriate care across a diverse patient population
- Contribute to a culture of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence
