What You’ll Do:
Provide High-Quality Patient Care:
- Deliver individualized nursing care based on patient assessments and care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records to ensure continuity of care
Collaborate Across Disciplines:
- Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff
- Participate in care planning, patient education, and discharge coordination
- Serve as a patient advocate, supporting health education and recovery
Ensure Safe, Compliant Care:
- Follow clinical protocols, safety procedures, and infection control standards
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain patient confidentiality
- Support a culture of excellence in care, communication, and teamwork
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-based settings
