Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) is required. A current Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification are preferred, though not mandatory for all applicants.
You must be able to work efficiently in high-stress environments and demonstrate excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills. Comfort with advanced technology and medical equipment, as well as a strong commitment to providing compassionate patient care, are essential.
