Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license – Required
- 1–3 years of RN experience – Preferred, but not required
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively across units and disciplines
- Excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking skills
What You Will Do:
- Deliver direct patient care with professionalism and compassion
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
- Support and educate patients and families throughout the care process
- Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and other departments to ensure optimal outcomes
- Participate in emergency response, drills, and unit-specific duties
- Maintain documentation and compliance with all hospital and accrediting standards
