Pay is hourly - $40.00 - $55.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8AM - 4:30 PM

Home Health Occupational Therapist Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR certificate
