What You’ll Do:
Deliver Comprehensive Patient Care
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and families
Work as Part of an Interdisciplinary Team
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated care
- Communicate effectively with team members for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in shift handoffs, team huddles, and care conferences
Maintain Standards & Safety
- Follow hospital protocols, infection prevention procedures, and HIPAA compliance
- Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely patient records
- Promote a culture of respect, accountability, and clinical excellence
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
- Excellent clinical judgment and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
