We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the night shift to provide exceptional care and vigilant observation of patients during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Monitoring: Vigilantly observe and assess patients to ensure their safety and well-being throughout the night.
- Emergency Response: Quickly identify and respond to changes in patient conditions or emergencies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient observations and interventions.
- Collaboration: Work with night shift teams to coordinate care and communicate effectively about patient needs and conditions.
- Patient Support: Offer comfort and reassurance to patients and their families during the night.
Qualifications:
- Education: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license in South Carolina
- Experience: Previous experience in an observation or acute care setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
