Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Opportunity
MLR is seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join a state-of-the-art surgical facility near Loris, SC. This full-time, permanent, direct-hire role comes with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $7,500 in relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
Starting Pay: Competitive rates starting at $30.00/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Surgical Preparation: Maintain a sterile environment by preparing instruments and supplies, ensuring everything is in optimal working condition.
- Shift Options: Flexible day shifts with choices between 4x10 or 5x8 schedules.
- Instrument Handling: Assist surgeons by efficiently passing instruments and anticipating their needs during procedures.
- Patient Care: Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and troubleshoot surgical equipment, ensuring it is ready and functioning properly for each case.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to working with the surgical team.
- Certification: Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.
