Medical Lab Technician Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functioning.

Medical Lab Technician Qualifications:
- Medical Technologist (MLT/MT) degree from an accredited university.
- ASCP Certification required.
- Open to both new graduates and experienced MLTs.
- Previous hospital or clinical experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in performing a broad range of laboratory tests and procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams.
