MLR Healthcare is collaborating with a trusted healthcare system to recruit a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized care through the nursing process to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Manage a wide range of medical conditions, providing a dynamic and engaging work experience.
- Participate in committees, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Comply with the Texas Nurse Practice Act and ensure adherence to nursing standards.
- Provide critical care to adolescent and adult patients facing severe illnesses and injuries.
Registered Nurse Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- CPR-BCLS certification (required before orientation completion).
- ACLS certification (required before orientation completion).
- NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before orientation completion).
