Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Management: Oversee and adjust patient medication plans to ensure safety and efficacy.
- Clinical Expertise: Provide guidance on dosing, side effects, and drug interactions, ensuring optimal therapy for patients.
- Patient Education: Empower patients with the knowledge they need to manage their medications effectively and safely.

Qualifications:
- PharmD or RPh from an accredited school.
- 1+ years of Clinical Pharmacist experience.
- Active and valid pharmacy license.
- Strong knowledge of DEA and FDA health regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
