Acute ICU Registered Nurse

MLR is collaborating with a respected healthcare provider to recruit a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Critical Care Unit (CCU/ICU). In this role, you'll provide specialized care to critically ill adolescents and adults, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. You will also manage advanced medical equipment and deliver care according to the Texas Nurse Practice Act. Up to $35k in Sign-On Bonus and $10k in relocation assistance are available!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to patients with life-threatening conditions.
• Perform continuous assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Uphold nursing standards and support hospital quality improvement initiatives.

Acute ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• No prior experience required.
• Active RN license.
• CPR-BCLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications (required by the end of orientation).
