Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license in the state of Texas or eligibility to practice
- BLS certification (required)
- Department-specific certifications as required (may be obtained after hire)
- Minimum of 1 year RN experience preferred
What You Will Do:
- Deliver age-appropriate, patient-centered care to neuro and pulmonary patients
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and therapies in accordance with physician orders
- Monitor and respond to patient conditions and coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Document accurately and communicate clearly with patients, families, and colleagues
- Supervise and delegate to nursing support staff as appropriate
- Contribute to a team culture that values collaboration, accountability, and continual improvement
