We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and ARRT-certified CT Imaging Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team in Purmela, TX. What You'll Be Doing:
- Performing high-quality CT scans, as well as assisting with X-ray and MRI when needed
- Accurately positioning patients and adjusting scanning parameters for the best diagnostic outcomes
- Maintaining and calibrating imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborating closely with radiologists and the clinical team for accurate interpretations and timely care
- Documenting all procedures, patient interactions, and equipment usage properly
- Adhering to radiation safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe imaging environment
- Delivering respectful, compassionate care to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certifications required
- ARRT (MR) preferred or willingness to obtain
- BLS certification
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Experience with CT protocols, positioning techniques, and safety procedures
