Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Ensure the accuracy and precision of lab results through meticulous testing and quality control procedures.
- Interpret test results and report findings to healthcare providers.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) through ASCP or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
