MLR is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our client’s team in an acute-care hospital setting. This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional passionate about patient care and diagnostic imaging excellence.
Cardiovascular Sonographer Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic cardiovascular ultrasound procedures, including vascular and echocardiographic imaging.
- Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort and safety during exams.
- Utilize advanced ultrasound equipment to capture precise diagnostic images.
- Collaborate with physicians to provide detailed assessments and reports.
- Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital policies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain equipment in optimal condition.
Echo Tech Qualifications:
- ARDMS certification in Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) (required).
- BLS certification (must be completed before start).
- Proven expertise in vascular and echocardiographic imaging.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Prior experience in an acute-care hospital setting is preferred but not required.
