Keep the OR Running Smoothly in a City That Balances Precision and Possibility
If you're a Certified Surgical Technologist who thrives on focus, teamwork, and the quiet confidence that comes from knowing your role is essential, this is your moment. Whether you're an experienced CST or a new graduate stepping into the field with purpose, you'll find yourself part of a surgical team that operates with both precision and care — where everyone in the room matters, and where the outcomes are built on collaboration.
This isn’t just about prepping trays or passing instruments. It’s about being the calm in the controlled chaos, the second set of hands that make a procedure seamless, and the eyes that catch what others might miss. You’ll have the space to master your craft, the support to grow your skills, and the trust of a team that knows how much you bring to the table.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this full-time role, you’ll prepare the operating room before procedures, ensuring every tool, instrument, and surface is sterile and in place. During surgeries, you’ll provide direct support to the surgical team — anticipating needs, maintaining a sterile field, and staying fully present for every shift in tempo. After procedures, you’ll assist with cleanup, instrument reprocessing, and preparation for the next case. It’s fast-paced, hands-on, and mission-driven work — and it’s never the same day twice.
Why You’ll Love the Team — and the City That Surrounds You
This is a workplace where trust is earned, growth is supported, and excellence is expected — but never at the cost of camaraderie. You’ll work alongside surgeons, nurses, and techs who believe in lifting each other up and learning from every case. Whether you're pursuing a new certification, eyeing a lead role, or simply want to hone your skills in a team that takes the work seriously (but not itself), you'll find room to thrive.
And once you step outside the OR, you’ll find yourself in a region known for its beauty, balance, and bright energy. This capital city is surrounded by lakes, stitched together by trails, and full of green spaces that invite you to slow down and breathe deep. It’s a place where government and grassroots culture co-exist, where farmers’ markets and research labs share the same square, and where you can paddleboard to work one day and catch live music downtown the next. Here, every season brings something to look forward to — and every weekend brings something new to explore.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program with active CST certification from NBSTSA or an equivalent credentialing body. Previous OR experience is appreciated, but not required — we welcome early-career CSTs who bring sharp focus, steady hands, and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with common surgical instruments and procedures is important, but so is the ability to stay calm, think ahead, and communicate clearly in high-pressure moments.
Let’s Do the Work That Makes All the Difference — Together
If you’re ready to be part of a surgical team that values skill, celebrates teamwork, and supports your career every step of the way, we’d love to connect. Apply today and bring your expertise, your focus, and your drive to a place where you can truly make an impact.
